Refund policy

Our products are meticulously packed while passing all the safety tests. However, we understand the items might get damaged while transporting/ loading/unloading the boxes. We consider a return in the following terms:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • The wrong product is delivered to you.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. For it, you have to send a video while unboxing the damaged product.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@decordoers.in. Please note our shipping executive will pick up the damaged product from your place.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so, that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Kindly note, that the color of the delivered item could be slightly different due to the picture quality.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

 

  • Refunds can happen via decordoers/Transfers into the customer’s bank account.
  • Refunds via decordoers credits can be redeemed on the next purchase at decordoers.in within the validity date.
  • Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7-8 business days.
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
  • Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
